• Our facility is a purpose built Vault! We have no “shared” wall space with another tenant unlike our competition. A true secure & “safe” facility.
• All calls to DataSafe are answered by our staff, not an out of state call center with a staff who doesn’t know you.  Although we do have voice mail to catch the overlapping calls, we have no prompts or artificial voice greeting during normal hours of operation.  Calls after hours are forward to our staff for emergencies.
• Our employees are loyal, curious. With an average tenure of 5+ years we know our people well, we are family. You won’t have a different person every day like the guys from out of town.
• In keeping with security protocol DataSafe does routine security background checks and drug checks our employees randomly.
