• You can search for media, change your rotation schedule, request services, check the status of a request and run a variety of reports through our VaultLink web system.
• In the unfortunate event of disaster or system failure at your business, DataSafe will expedite your most recent backup media 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our fleet of data transport vehicles are equipped with the latest alarm systems and GPS technology to protect and track your data between your facility and ours. Unlike some of our competitors, we’ve made the decision not to brand our vehicles with our name or logo, which creates an additional security buffer. Our transportation protocol ensures that drivers make no unnecessary stops during pickup and delivery of your media and that the vehicle is secured and alarmed at all times when a driver is not present.
