DataSafe operates a custom-built, state-of-the-art storage facility that offers traditional physical storage as well as secure servers for digital backup and storage. Our facility is monitored 24/7 and requires dual-level security verification for access.
Physical Storage
DataSafe’s vaults are constructed to government and industry standards. Our facilities feature a reinforced concrete infrastructure that provides up to 7 hours of fire and heat resistance, plus a dry fire suppression system provides the fastest response to fire risk avoidance that will quickly contain any fire, while protecting your data. Our vaults feature constant clean ventilation, as well as maintaining precise temperature and humidity control. In addition, our facilities have internal and external security video surveillance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Data Storage
DataSafe’s data center is an SAS-70 Tier 2 Data Center with seven redundant Internet carriers and three power sources, ensuring system availability and redundancy to 12 states, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As an added layer of data redundancy & security, we can replicate client data out of the Pacific Northwest region for any compliance or regulatory requirement.
Tracking and Storage Software
DataSafe uses industry approved software to manage all physical inventory in our vaults. We manage inventory tracking, scheduling, order processing, report generation and account management in a single software package. Clients can access their information over the Internet to self manage all their inventory.
